First Avenue Improvement Contract To Be Awarded by Squan Council
The Manasquan borough council looks to approve the resolution at Monday night's council meeting.

MANASQUAN, NJ – The Manasquan borough council will be approving a resolution awarding the contract for the first phase of the First Avenue improvement project at Monday night’s council meeting.
Seven bids were placed for the project, with Monroe-based Fernandez Construction placing the winning bid of $882,944.05.
Also on the agenda for the meeting is a resolution for the approval of the purchase of $191,484.80 in new radio equipment for the Manasquan Police Department and a resolution authorizing a $21,432.50 payment to Mark Woszczak Mechanical Contractors for a recent emergency water main repair on First and Ocean Avenues.
