The Belmar Halloween Parade &amp; Costume Contest will begin with registration at 11 a.m. in the municipal gym, 601 Main St. Residents from infants through 8th grade are encouraged to participate.The parade will begin promptly at 12 pm and march from the gym to Pyanoe Plaza where the judging will be held and prizes will be awarded.
