Here Are The Manasquan Parks That Are Open, Closed

Manasquan has a number of parks that remain open amid the coronavirus outbreak.

MANASQUAN – Manasquan has a number of parks that remain open amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The following parks are open:

  • Edgar Felix Bike Path
  • Axel Carlson Park on Stockton Lake
  • Mac’s Pond
  • Hancock Park
  • Eagle Park
  • Tassini Park
  • Hemphill Sanctuary
  • Donovan Marina
  • 4th Avenue Docks
  • Canoe and Kayak Launch
  • Stockton Beach Park (Closed except for canoe and kayak launch. No skateboard park, in-line hockey or baseball of any kind).

The following municipal parks and playgrounds will remain closed until further notice:

  • Mallard Park
  • Skokus Park
  • Indian Hill Park

Executive Order #133 strictly prohibits the following at all municipal parks: No organized or contact activities or sports permitted; No gatherings of individuals in excess of 25 persons.

Additionally, visitors must practice social distancing and stay six feet apart whenever practicable, excluding immediate family members, caretakers, household members, or romantic partners;

Visitors should wear cloth face coverings while in all settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain, except where doing so would inhibit that individual’s health or where the individual is under two years of age.
