Howell Man Arrested for Lewd Behavior in McDonald's Bathroom

A minor allegedly witnessed the behavior and informed an employee.

Police arrested a Howell man for lewd behavior on Friday afternoon at a McDonald’s after an 8-year-old reported him to a restaurant employee, according to Wall Township Police Department press release.

Gregory S. Rittman, 49, was arrested after an investigation by the WTPD and Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. He was released after posting $73,000 bail with no 10 percent option.

Rittman was charged with second degree sexual assault, third degree endangering the welfare of a child, fourth degree lewdness and disorderly person harrassment.
