Obituary: Kevin Warshaw, 59, of Spring Lake Heights

Kevin Warshaw, 59, of Spring Lake Heights, died on August 9, 2014 at his home. He was born in Jersey City, NJ and has lived in Spring Lake Heights since 1978. Kevin attended Christian Brothers Academy and St. Peter’s College. He worked as an insurance agent for American Income Life and he was a member of the Monmouth County Networking Group. Kevin was bi-lingual (self-taught), and he enjoyed smoking cigars, cooking, golfing, gardening, and traveling. He loved his dog, Mickey, and was an ardent supporter of various charities.

Surviving are his mother, June Warshaw (nee Lancaster); his wonderful girlfriend, Arleen Viola; his two brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Mary Jane Warshaw, and Brian and Judy Warshaw; his sister and brother-in-law, Catherine and Nicholas Gargiulo; his sister-in-law, Janet Taylor; and his 13 nieces and nephews.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Warshaw, Sr., and his brother, Thomas Warshaw, Jr.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown.
