New Mexican Restaurant Opens In Belmar This March
El Rey, which already touts a location in Asbury Park, will be opening up another restaurant in Belmar this March.
BELMAR, NJ - An Asbury Park favorite is about to make its delicious debut in Belmar next month.
El Rey, which already touts an Asbury Park location, will be opening up an outpost in Belmar on March 6, according to the business' Facebook page. The new restaurant offering Mexican fare is taking over the site of the former Wright Taste Caribbean soul food eatery.
A grand opening will take place from 12 noon to 4 p.m. at the new location on March at 1006 Main St. in Belmar with a free buffet. The restaurant is BYOB (that is, bring your own booze) and patrons are welcome to bring their own beer, wine or alcoholic beverages.

Burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, tortas and tacos are just some of the extensive menu options offered.
The Asbury Park El Rey location will be reopening at 706 Emory Street on March 1 following a winter hiatus. Expect live mariachi music to kick off the new season.
