Video Shows Humpback Whale Off Manasquan

MANASQUAN – A video captured a humpback whale off Manasquan this week.

Thomas Lozinski captured the video that shows that whale off Manasquan right after sunrise on Tuesday. The whale is swimming through a huge school of bunker, he said.

"The water has been clear and calm and whales and dolphins have been spotted during the last few days," he said on YouTube.

According to his own calculations ,the whale is about 18 feet in length. The whale was as close as 40 feet off the beach and was swimming near the breakers, he said.
