West Belmar Resident Arrested for Drug Possession, Prostitution by Wall Police
The West Belmar resident was found to be in possession of cocaine, heroin, and marijuana.

According to Chief Robert L. Brice, on August 13 Amber M. Dibenedetto, 20, of the West Belmar section, has been charged with third degree Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (Heroin & Cocaine), third degree Promoting Prostitution, disorderly person Possession of Marijuana (under 50 Grams), Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of Hypodermic Needles.
DiBenedetto is currently being held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold Township, on $23,200 bail, with ten percent, as set by Wall Township Municipal Court Judge Joseph F. DeFino.
Despite these charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all of the trial rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and State law.
Detective Daniel Mason and Patrolman Cadigan led the investigation.
