The driver suffered minor injuries and police said she appeared to have suffered a medical episode before the crash.

MANCHESTER, NJ — A Manchester woman was injured Friday when she suffered a medical episode and her car hit two parked cars and a home in the Renaissance, Manchester police said.
Anita M. Lahm, 81, was taken to Community Medical Center in Toms River for treatment of minor injuries to her chest and neck following the crash that happened just after 11:30 a.m. Friday, Capt. Albert Vega said.
Lahm was driving a white 2016 Hyundai Sonata south on Belvedere Drive North and was approaching a stop sign, when she apparently suffered a medical episode, Vega said. As a result she ran the stop sign at Renaissance Boulevard and drove up onto the property at 2 Belvedere Drive South, he said.

Her car hit a red 2017 Toyota Camry in the front end, and the impact turned her Hyundai 45 degrees and it hit the two-car garage of the home, Vega said. The impact also caused the red Toyota to turn 45 degrees and hit a white 2014 Toyota Camry that also was parked in the driveway, he said. Both Toyotas sustained extensive front-end damage, he said.
Assisting at the scene were firefighters and EMTs from the Manchester Township Division of Emergency Medical Services and volunteer firefighters from the Manchester Volunteer Fire Company and the Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Company.
