Cooking Demonstrations Coming to Manchester Library

Dietitian will lead cooking demonstrations at several library branches

The following submission by the Ocean County Library highlights a cooking program that will be held in at its Manchester branch in July and August:

Jennifer Klein, a registered dietitian from Shop-Rite of Manchester, will lead two series of cooking demonstrations this summer at six Ocean County Library branches.

In her first series, “Fresh and Season Meals Made Easy,” Klein will show how to make a meal using local produce.  She will also discuss some of the best choices of the season and show you how to prepare a quick and fresh meal.  Samples will be served.
