GPS Tracking Leads Police to Stolen iPad, Image of Suspect
Police searching for Michael L. Lobue

Manchester police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man accused of stealing electronics and jewelry from a township home last week after GPS in a device led them to its location and surveillance video of the suspect.Â
Manchester police responded to a burglary in the township’s Ridgeway section on July 2 where two Apple iPads and an engagement ring were reported stolen, said Lt. Vincent Manco. Â
An iPad was tracked by its GPS to an Exxon gas station located at 2000 Rt. 66 in Neptune Township and located in a trash receptacle located on that premises, Manco said.
