This indictment stems from an investigation that found that Williams sexually assaulted a minor girl between the years of 2010 and 2013, Billhimer said. The incidents happened in Manchester while the girl was under his care, Billhimer said.

He was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child on Sept. 17. Williams's charges were served to the Atlantic County Justice Facility, where he remains detained on additional child sexual abuse charges.

Additionally, Williams sexually touched an underage girl in both Manchester and Stafford between 2020 and 2023, Billhimer said. These dates align with Williams' employment as a teacher in the Stafford Township Schools and his time in the Hamilton Township School District, where he began working as a supervisor of special projects in 2022, according to public records. He was charged accordingly on Oct. 6. Those charges remain pending.

He was initially accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl he was taking care of while employed by the Hamilton Township School District; following those charges, two additional victims, ages 11 and 12, came forward.
