Big Brook Park

Holmdel Park
One of Monmouth County’s most popular locations for “active recreation and nature appreciation,” Holmdel Park is open year round and was acquired by the Monmouth County Park System in 1962.
Though the park might be known for its recreational qualities, it also hosts a variety of features such as the David C. Shaw Arboretum, fishing, picnic areas, tennis courts and more, according to the Monmouth County Park System.

Turkey Swamp Park
Open year round in Freehold, Turkey Swamp Park was acquired and developed with campers in mind, according to the Monmouth County Park System.
