Philip D. Vota left his house in Morganville at 7 a.m. on Monday, heading to Matawan, and was not found for hours, police said. He was last seen in Holmdel at 11 a.m. looking for directions home. He was wearing a grey hoodie, green shorts and wire glasses and driving a 2005 grey Ford F150 with NJ registration ZVB-156.
