After the Storm: Hornik Updates Marlboro
Residents can remain informed through the township email notification system.

The following is a message from Mayor Jon Hornik at 12:15 p.m.:
A State of Emergency is still in effect in New Jersey and Marlboro Township. Travel restrictions are in place and will be until further notice as Police and Public Works Department assess and remove trees and debris from our streets. To report a public street blockage or dangerous situation at your home or in the street, please contact our police department non-emergency line at (732) 563-0100. We remind you that 9-1-1 is only to be used in case of a true emergency.
At this time our entire town is without power. If you have not done so please report your power outage to JCP&L at 888-lightss (1-888-544-4877). It is important to report your outage as JCP&L plans their repairs based upon the outage reports. We have been in touch with JCP&L throughout the storm. JCP&P will be assessing to our electrical infrastructure and will report back to my office.

As always, JCP&L reminds us to assume that downed power lines are live and dangerous. Never attempt to move them. If a line is down immediately call 888-lightss or our Police Department at (732) 563-0100.
For those residents with well-water, a water truck for non-potable water is available at the Vanderburg Road Soccer Complex. This water is for sanitary purpose only and is not drinkable. Please bring your own containers to transport the water.

Charging stations for electrical devices will be available at the following locations: Robertsville Fire Station on Rt. 520, Morganville Independent Fire Station on Rt. 79, and the Police Department at the Municipal Complex.
All residents are encouraged to stay home until our OEM makes a determination that our roads are safe to travel. We will continue to keep you updated as information becomes available.
