Beacon Hill Rental Community Opens In Marlboro
Local officials joined Kushner Real Estate Group on Oct. 9 for the community's official opening.

MARLBORO, NJ — Local officials joined KRE (Kushner Real Estate) Group on Oct. 9 to celebrate the official opening of Beacon Hill, Marlboro’s newest full-service apartment community.
Located in the Morganville section of town, Beacon Hill hosts an array of 285 luxury homes in 14 three-story garden apartment buildings. The community is set across 47 acres of park-like property and features a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse as its focal point.
On Oct. 9, Marlboro Mayor Jonathan Hornik led a ceremonial ribbon-cutting ceremony for the community, marking Beacon Hill’s official opening and welcoming its first residents.

“I am pleased to welcome Beacon Hill, a new premium community offering top-tier amenities, to Marlboro,” Hornik said. “The residents of Beacon Hill have chosen to make Marlboro their home, a testament to the town’s reputation as one of the premier suburban communities in the state.”
At the ceremony, Hornik was joined by local officials, dignitaries and members of KRE Group. Ceremony attendees included KRE Group President Jonathan Kushner as well.

“We are delighted to host Mayor Hornik and township officials today as we celebrate the debut of Beacon Hill, a remarkable residential enclave that brings a fresh housing option to this desirable community,” Kushner said. “Our goal was to provide residents with a blend of location, luxury, and value that is unmatched in Monmouth County. Judging by the strong leasing pace and positive feedback from our first residents, I believe we’ve accomplished that.”
Since leasing for Beacon Hill began in January, officials said more than 200 leases have been signed for the community.
Drawing inspiration from county heritage, the name “Beacon Hill” reflects Marlboro’s historical significance as one of three key sites in the county where signal beacons were lit during the Revolutionary War to alert local militia of British advances.
In designing the space, KRE Group aimed to express this history through design choices that “embrace the revolutionary spirit of 1779.”
“KRE Group’s dedication to quality construction, intentional design, and resident satisfaction is evident in every detail at Beacon Hill,” KRE Group Chief Design Officer Marc Kushner said. “With its resort-like ambiance, spacious residences, curated amenities, and prime Marlboro location, Beacon Hill delivers a well-crafted living experience for today’s discerning renter.”
Just a short drive from downtown Red Bank, Freehold, and more, Beacon Hill serves as one of the newest additions to KRE Group’s “Garden Collection,” which includes more than a dozen rental communities across the tri-state area.
Set in the Morganville section of town, the community aims to offer renters a “low-maintenance, amenity-filled lifestyle.” In officially opening the community on Oct. 9, Mayor Hornik welcomed residents to both Beacon Hill and to the Marlboro community.
“We are a welcoming and vibrant community with many open public spaces for recreation, restaurants and houses of worship, and residents involved in all facets of volunteerism,” Hornik said. “Welcome to Marlboro and I look forward to meeting you.”
Beacon Hill is located at 100 Buckingham Street, Morganville.
