Business Administrator John Paredes said he spoke with a representative of Standard &amp; Poor's Ratings Services on Wednesday, and the district will maintain it's AA+ rating. The district was put on watch after "repeated attempts to obtain timely information of satisfactory quality to maintain our ratings on the securities in accordance with our applicable criteria and policies," <a href="http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/09/04/coltsneck-rating-sandp-idUSL2N0H01ME20130904" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to a Reuters report</a>.
