What's a weekend without a little wine?
If you're an oenophile, the Barrel Trail Weekend was made for you. If you just love a great glass of wine, we're betting you'll be just as satisfied.
On July 20 and 21, local wine enthusiasts can visit the barrel room of Four JG Winery in Colts Neck and taste what the future vintage wines will be like.
From 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., a $5 cover charge includes tasting and barrel sample. There will also be a "jam session" featuring locally produced jams with Jams by Kim.
In 2012, the Colts Neck winery took home three bronze medal awards this year in the NJ Wine Competition.
