DWI Checkpoint Saturday Night In Monmouth County

COLTS NECK, NJ — There will be a DWI checkpoint this Saturday evening (June 8) in Colts Neck.

The checkpoint will be run from 9 p.m. Saturday to 1 a.m. Sunday on Rt. 34 northbound, announced the Monmouth County DWI Task Force, which is made up of police officers from various towns across the county.

All northbound vehicles on Rt. 34 will be diverted into the Colts Neck Department of Public Works parking lot (at the intersection of Rts. 34 and 18), where all drivers will be screened for their sobriety.

Members of the Colts Neck Police Department will work alongside Task Force members screening drivers.
