Indoor Pickleball Facility Set To Open In Marlboro

MARLBORO, NJ — A new pickleball facility is set to open in Marlboro Township.

Pickleball Kingdom, known as the “world’s largest indoor pickleball entity,” currently has two other locations throughout New Jersey and plans to open in Toms River as well.

According to the brand's website, there have been no opening dates or addresses announced for the Toms River or Marlboro locations, though officials said franchisee Ved Mishra has signed on to spearhead Pickleball Kingdom’s Marlboro development.

The Marlboro club will be Pickleball Kingdom's first location in Monmouth County.

“With a deep passion for pickleball and racquet sports, I've always been driven by the energy and camaraderie they inspire," Mishra said. "As an avid pickleball player, I'm committed to promoting the sport and engaging with the local community to foster an active, healthy lifestyle.”

While the opening date and address of Pickleball Kingdom’s Marlboro location has yet to be determined, officials did announce features of the new facility that guests can look forward to.

Professional coaching and clinics, youth programs, leagues, tournaments and “state-of-the-art” indoor courts are just a few features planned for the new location.

In addition to programs and tournaments planned for the new facility, officials said the Marlboro club also plans to host community and corporate events in efforts to foster “a strong sense of camaraderie among members.”

“I'm excited to introduce this top-tier facility to Marlboro Township and help grow the pickleball community in this vibrant area,” Mishra said.
