Local Artist, Fashion Designer Launches Marlboro Art Studio & Classes
"Oh, Hey! Fun Studio" will host its grand opening in April and offer art and fashion design classes for students.
MARLBORO, NJ — Local artist, fashion designer, and Marlboro resident Hyejin Oh has announced the launch of her new art studio, “Oh, Hey! Fun Studio,” in Morganville.
Oh, 37, has studied art since the young age of five and has extensive experience across various artistic disciplines, including watercolor painting, pencil drawing, pastel art and fashion sketching.
Her love for creativity led to a 15+ year career as a professional fashion designer for high-end fashion houses such as Ulla Johnson, CAMI NYC, Michael Kors Collection and global brands like Ralph Lauren and J Crew.

At “Oh, Hey! Fun Studio,” Oh plans to expand her love of art and design by empowering young artists to trust their instincts, explore their creativity and see possibility in every format.
The studio’s classes will include painting, color theory, mixed media art, and fashion design (specifically drawing and composition).

“At ‘Oh, Hey! Fun Studio,’ we don’t just teach art — we nurture confidence, curiosity, and creative problem-solving,” Oh said. “Our classes are thoughtfully designed to spark imagination, encourage self-expression, and build the kind of resilience and critical thinking skills that benefit kids far beyond the art table. And most importantly? We make it fun.”
The studio will offer weekly art classes starting in April 2025, including:
- Wednesdays: 5:30-6:15 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 6:30-7:15 p.m.
- Saturdays: 10:30-11:15 a.m.
Classes will be drop-off for ages 4 and up, and schedules are subject to change based on demand. Customer birthday parties are available, and adult classes and art camps are forthcoming.
“That ‘wow’ factor? It’s our standard,” Oh said. “We want your child to leave each class not just with something they created, but with a newfound excitement for the creative process — and the confidence to embrace their own ideas. We can’t wait to create with your child!”
