Eric Casaburi, of Colts Neck, will be honored in February by the Prevention First.
Prevention First will hold its annual gala, "A Night in Sochi" at Navesink Country Club in Red Bank to honor Casaburi, the founder and CEO of Retro Fitness, a multi-million dollar fitness franchise which he grew from a single location in New Jersey to a national fitness concept.
Proceeds from the gala will support Prevention First programs such as Project Vision, an afterschool program that provides a safe haven for local children and teens. The mission is to prevent gang violence by surrounding youth with supportive and compassionate adults who will mentor and help them to learn to make decisions, respect themselves and others and understand the law.
