Longer Hours on the Table for Morganville Auto Business
The proposal asks for hours on Saturday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Insurance Auto Auctions Corp. will ask the Zoning Board for a use variance on Tuesday, which would create weekend hours and provide more access points to the Texas Road property.
The business is scheduled to appear before the Zoning Board on Tuesday at 8 p.m. in Town Hall. According to a notice circulated to property owner within 200 feet of the property, the variance would include adding weekend hours.
The proposal asks for hours on Saturday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. According to the IAA website, the business is currently closed during weekends.
The proposal also asks for more access points to the property, two along Tylers Lane and two along Texas Road and relief from a current junkyard ordinance which requires all fluids to be drained from vehicles parked on the property.
Insurance Auto Auctions is an automotive auction company which sponsors live and internet bidding, according to its website. There are 150 locations across the country.
