Marlboro BOE Looks for Public Input on Superintendent Search

The Marlboro Board of Education is looking for public input as the search for the new K-8 Superintendent continues.

The board and the firm are holding a public meeting on Dec. 3, at 7 p.m. in the Marlboro Middle School Auditorium.

Current Superintendent Dr. David Abbott announced his retirement, effective June 30 of this year. The board has hired a search firm, which will consider public input.

Residents who cannot make the meeting may take an online survey through the district website, which will be available until Dec. 11. The survey asks residents to rank the 10 most important traits the district should look for in a superintendent.
