Marlboro Driving Ban to be Lifted Wednesday Morning

Mayor Jon Hornik is lifting the driving ban in Marlboro Township on Wednesday, but that doesn't mean all roads are open.

On Tuesday night, Hornik told Patch that roads are still being cleared and power lines are being taken care of, but the driving ban will be lifted for residents who really need to be on the road.

Hornik will send an email notification to residents when the ban is lifted.

Charging stations are still open for electronic device charging. The Town Hall station has been moved to the Marlboro Recreation Center. Services will be open until 7 p.m., in light of the Monmouth County curfew.

Residents without water an find non-potable water, which can be used for flushing toilets, at the Vanderburg Road Soccer Complex.
