Marlboro Economic Development Committee Looking For Volunteers
The committee helps businesses move through the process of opening, relocating or expanding.
MARLBORO, NJ — The Marlboro Township’s Economic Development Committee is looking for volunteers to help with their mission of attracting, retaining, and growing businesses in town.
The committee helps businesses move through the process of opening, relocating or expanding and to help identify and leverage business opportunities.
All volunteer applications will be considered, but those whose skills are applicable to the specific needs of the committee will be given higher priority of acceptance. Those who are interested can send an email to economicdevelopment@marlboro-nj.gov with a resume and cover note expressing the reason why they are interested in joining.

Here are the skills, the organization is looking for: Strategic thinking, hands-on and can-do attitude with the ability to execute against ideas, strong written and verbal communication skills, Social Media expertise, Graphic Design skills.
The EDC commitment is to attend a monthly meeting in the evening and to attend and participate in key initiatives as needed, including ribbon cuttings and Marlboro Day, mostly held on weekends.
