Marlboro Man Charged With DWI In Connection With Fatal Car Crash
The man was charged with driving while intoxicated. A 22-year-old who was in the car died at the scene of the crash.
MARLBORO, NJ — A Marlboro man was charged in connection to a car crash that killed another man on Sept. 19, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office.
Antonino Ferlita, 22, was charged with one count of second-degree vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated.
Ferlita was driving a 2002 Ford F-350 on Major Road in South Brunswick when he left his lane, overturned the truck and hit a tree, according to officials.

The only passenger in the car was 22-year-old Gerald Pellak III, who died at the scene. The incident happened at around 4:35 a.m.
The investigation is still ongoing, officials said.
