Marlboro Man Indicted on Charges of Insurance Fraud

A Marlboro man was indicted this week on charges of insurance fraud and forgery, according to county indictments.
Ibrahim El-Naboulsi, 48, of Overhill Drive allegedly made fraudulent claims for rental care reimbursements in Nov., 2011 to Allstate Insurance Company. El-Naboulsi allegedly made a claim for $500, and was also charged with theft by deception.
El-Naboulsi also allegedly forged a receipt to submit with the insurance claim, according to county records.
An indictment is a formal charge, not a conviction, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
