Hobby Lobby is now open, and the once outdated Route 9 shopping center is getting a new look.
In the past year, Moe's Southwest Grill and the Euro Boutique have opened in the plaza. Pathmark was empty for several years before Hobby Lobby filled the large space in the strip mall.
According to the Department of Community Affairs, Marlboro Plaza is one of the largest tax payers in Marlboro Township.
