Marlboro Police Find No Threat Outside Collier High School
A police investigation of a reported trespassing incident outside Collier High School in Marlboro Thursday has been cleared.
MARLBORO, NJ — If you saw a big police presence near Collier High School on Conover Road Thursday afternoon, police said the scene has been "cleared and released" and there was no threat to the school or any residents in the area.
The Marlboro Township Police Department had been investigating an "unconfirmed incident involving trespassing in the area of Collier High School," the department said.
There were outside agencies assisting with the investigation and a "visible increased police presence," the department said in a Facebook post Thursday evening.

Police had asked drivers earlier Thursday afternoon to avoid the area, but the matter has since been resolved and the department thanked all agencies who assisted in the investigation.
