Marlboro resident Scott Donaghue was named co-captain of the Quinnipiac baseball team for his junior season, according to the Quinnipiac Bobcats website.
From the website: “Binkiewicz announced his presence in the locker room and on the field after leading the Quinnipiac pitching staff in appearances (19) and saves (six) while posting a 2.73 earned-run average. Binkiewicz's ERA was the lowest among all Quinnipiac relievers while his 5.46 strikeouts-per-nine-innings was also the tops among all Bobcat relief pitchers.”
