Steve "Efstratio" Papasavas, 41 of Milltown was indicted on Friday for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old child and a child between the ages of 13 and 16 in Marlboro Township in February. According to county indictment records, the sexual assault allegedly occurred on Feb. 9 and Feb 13.  In addition to three counts of sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, Papasavas is charged with making terroristic threats and allegedly threatening violence in Manalapan Township to at least one victim. Papasavas is currently being held in Monmouth County Jail in lieu of a $350,000 bail.
