'New Kind Of Food Hall' Comes To Marlboro Plaza

MARLBORO, NJ — A “new kind of food hall” has come to Marlboro Plaza, bringing with it a collection of restaurants and chefs for customers to choose from.
Wonder, located in the plaza on Route 9, hosted its grand opening on Friday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m.
The food hall aims to revolutionize the food industry by creating a mealtime “super app” that operates a collection of restaurants, officials said

Featuring chefs such as Bobby Flay, Jose Andres, and Marcus Samuelsson, plus award-winning restaurants like Tejas Barbeque and Di Fara Pizza, customers can experience any combination of these chefs and restaurants all together in one order.
Every dish is made to order in a Wonder storefront and delivered fast and free, officials said, with all menus co-developed and approved by partner chefs and restaurants to uphold their culinary standards.

Currently, Wonder operates 61 locations throughout New York City, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, Virginia, Washington D.C., and New Jersey (including their recent Shrewsbury opening).
With the opening of Wonder at Marlboro Plaza, this will be their 62nd location, officials said.
In addition to the various restaurants and chefs customers can order from, Wonder also offers Blue Apron meal kits, heat-and-eat options, and local restaurant ordering powered by Grubhub, located in the Wonder app.
At Wonder's Marlboro location, the food hall will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Saturday, with delivery, takeout, and dine-in options.
