Northpointe Public Hearing Continues Wednesday in Marlboro

Northpointe

The Northpointe development application is on the agenda for tonight's Planning Board meeting, tonight at 7:30 p.m.

Northpointe will have 299 market-rate homes, 85 low and moderate income homes and one caretaker unit. Previously, affordable housing units were separate. Read more --->

Hydrant flushing

Hydrant flushing began yesterday in Marlboro and will continue through Nov. 8, weekdays from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Residents may notice a decrease in water pressure or a discoloration in the water as flushing is performed in your neighborhood, the water is not harmful and will clear up after running the water.
