See Who’s Running For Marlboro & Colts Neck School Boards: Election 2025

MARLBORO-COLTS NECK, NJ — Multiple candidates have filed to run for open seats on the Marlboro Township and Colts Neck Township school boards in November.

In Marlboro, five candidates are running for three open, full-term seats on the board, including two incumbents and three other candidates.

Marlboro Township Board of Education

• Kerry Ann Jankowski (Knowledge Empowers Youth)
• Melissa Goldberg (CORE)
• * Michael Lilonsky (CORE)
• Scott Semaya (CORE)

In Colts Neck, two incumbents are running for re-election to the board along with one other candidate. The three are running unopposed for three open, full-term seats.

Colts Neck Township Board of Education

• * Phyllis Camera (Colts Kids First)
• * Angelique Volpe (Colts Kids First)
• Richard Wickberg (Colts Kids First)

There are currently no seats up on the Freehold Regional High School District’s Board of Education representing Marlboro or Colts Neck.

Monday marked the filing deadline for those who wished to file petitions for candidacy in New Jersey's school board elections, which will be held during General Election Day on Nov. 4.
