Swim Night Postponed for Incoming Sixth Graders

I have to be honest, I spent another day yesterday in Colts Neck impressed by an accomplished resident. And this resident is only 17. Find out about Steven Jacobson's new novel, which he started at age 13.

The Moving Up to Middle School swim night at the Marlboro Aquatic Center has been MOVED to Wednesday, July 24 and starts at 6 p.m. In advance, a $5 donation is accepted. At the door it's $7. The rain date is Wednesday. Refreshments will be for sale.

The Zoning Board is meeting tonight in Marlboro. The continued public hearing on the Solomon Schechter Day School expansion is scheduled, the meeting will begin at 8 p.m.

In Colts Neck, Patch will continue to look into a reported attempted robbery in Colts Neck. Police reported the burglary in the evening hours of Monday, on Conover Road near the school. No one was home at the time.
