The Marlboro Town Council is meeting tonight at 7 p.m. in Town Hall.
The council is expected to talk about the construction of the new water treatment plant proposed for Tennent Road in Morganville.
The council will also authorize emergency budget appropriations caused by Hurricane Sandy and amend the 2012 Capital Plan.
