One year after its conception, Smiles4Shira, a non-profit organization dedicated to sponsoring bone marrow donor drives across America through social media and grassroots efforts, has facilitated the swabbing of over 11,000 potential donors and raised over $150,000 for donor kits. Read more --->

Parents of 7th and 8th grade students are welcome to Cedar Drive Middle School on Sept. 23 for an informational session about the Freehold Regional High School District learning centers and academies. Read more --->

The festival is scheduled for Sept. 21, with a rain date of of Sept. 28. 

Riders can pre-register online for for $25 and $15 for passengers. Riders get a t-shirt with registration, passengers can buy shirts for $10.

Marlboro Fire Company Comedy Show benefit tickets

The Marlboro Fire Department on School Road wants to make you laugh and raise some money for the house.

On Sept. 28, the department will open its doors for a comedy show fundraiser for $35 per ticket.

Comedian Tom Whiteley will perform, you can catch him on YouTube for a sneak peak

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. Beer, soda and light refreshments will be served, guests can bring any other items they would like.

Must be over 18 to enter the event, proceeds will benefit the Marlboro Fire Department.
