Zoning Board to Continue Hearing Solomon Schechter Expansion

The school is proposing an expansion and a new high school.

The Marlboro Zoning Board will continue its public hearing on Tuesday night, on the proposed expansion of the Solomon Schechter Day School.

The School Road East school is proposing a 26,820 sq. ft. expansion to its two-story building to add a high school.

Currently, the Monmouth County school houses pre-school to eighth grade. The proposal is for site plan approval, the Zoning Board agenda not site the need for a variance.

Also on Tuesday, the board will memorialize site plan approval for an auto service on Route 9 south.
