Obituary: Former Matawan Resident Dies at 46

Mr. Robert Allen Wolcott, Jr., 46, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012. Robert was born on June 1, 1966 in Long Branch, NJ to Joseph Paul DeSiato and Stella Ann Piorkowski DeSiato.

Robert attended Matawan Regional High School and was a partner of Blue Water Solutions where he manufactured water treatment chemicals. He enjoyed deep sea fishing, boating, gardening, hunting, and most of all spending time with his girls and family.

Robert is survived by his wife whom he had loved since 1983, Denise Katharine Wolcott; daughters Jessica Lynne Kenneway and husband Steven of Kannapolis, Alyssa Marie Wolcott, and Gianella Nichole Wolcott both of the home; brothers Jason C. DeSiato and wife Laura of Richfild, Jason A. DeSiato and wife Heather of Jackson, NJ, and Joseph DeSiato and wife Dawn of Little Egg Harbor, NJ; sister Lauren Noel Veteri of Gold Hill; grandchildren Kaylee, Jaiden, and Elizabeth Kenneway; nephews Gunner DeSiato, Roman DeSiato, and George Rea; and niece Bella Rose DeSiato. He is also survived by 4 sister in laws, 2 of NJ, and 2 of Salisbury; 1 brother in law of NJ; and 9 other nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service on Monday, November 26, 2012 at Powles Funeral Home from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

The funeral service will follow at the Powles Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 pm conducted by Rev. Buddy Hoffner, pastor of Bible Missionary Baptist Church.
