Obituary: Kathleen M. Camarote, 45, of Matawan

Kathleen M. Camarote, (Bodeck) 45, of Matawan, formerly of Colonia, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Sunday, October 14, 2012. 

Kathy was born in Jersey City, NJ. She was a graduate of Colonia High School and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University, majoring in accounting. She enjoyed her career as an office manager and accountant for the NJ State P.B.A. in Woodbridge, and will be sorely missed by her coworkers and friends. Kathy was an active parishioner of St. Clement Church in Matawan where she taught CCD. She was also very involved with her children's activities, participating in the Girl Scouts, the Cub Scouts and coaching soccer. 

Kathy is predeceased by her loving mother, Eileen Bodeck; She is survived by her beloved husband of 20 loving years, Daniel Camarote; Her treasured children, Christopher Camarote and Megan Camarote; Her caring father, Danny E. Bodeck; Her cherished sisters, Carol Witheridge and her husband Allen, and Nancy Amato; Also survived by her dear sister-in-laws, Patricia Lawlor and her husband Greg, Nancy Moriarty and her husband Tom, Christie Liberante and her husband Michael, and Kelly Simmons and her husband Teryn; Her loving nephews, Nicholas, Tyler, Jonathan, Michael and Ryan and her adored nieces, Emily, Julie, Kamryn, Kylee, Marissa, Margaret and Jessie.

The family will receive their relatives and friends at Waitt Funeral Home, 501 Highway 79, Morganville, on Thursday, October 18th from 2pm to 5 pm and 7pm to 10pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Clement Church, 172 Freneau Avenue, Matawan on Friday, October 19th at 11am. A Committal Service and Interment will follow at Marlboro Cemetery, Marlboro, NJ.
