OLD BRIDGE, NJ — Released by Old Bridge Police on March 27, here are all of last month's arrests.

The Old Bridge Township Police Department made the following arrests between February 1 and February 29, 2024:

On February 1, a 32-year-old Keansburg resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Contempt of a Court Order and Harassment. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Massa was the arresting officer.

On February 2, an Old Bridge Township juvenile resident was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault following an incident that occurred at Salk Middle School. He was processed and released pending a court date. School Resource Officer P. Montagna was the arresting officer.

On February 3, a 34-year-old Brooklyn, NY resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Contempt of a Court Order. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Shannon was the arresting officer.

On February 3, Paul S. Foreman, a 46-year-old Whippany resident, was arrested on a warrant out of Old Bridge for Theft by Deception. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Rothmund was the arresting officer.

On February 3, Maxim Jacobs, a 40-year-old Staten Island NY resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Traffic on Marked Lanes, Refusal to Consent to Breath Tests, and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On February 3, Anthony A. Guadagno, a 34-year-old Jamesburg resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving, following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Englishtown Road. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Symanski was the arresting officer.

On February 4, a 41-year-old Matawan resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Criminal Mischief with Damage, Threaten to Commit a Crime, and Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose. She was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Symanski was the arresting officer.

On February 5, Barry Irving Altman, a 65-year-old Staten Island NY resident, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting from Home Depot. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Pietrulewicz was the arresting officer.

On February 5, 2024, a 28-year-old Staten Island, NY resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Simple Assault. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Karabin was the arresting officer.

On February 5, 2025, Daniel M. Mighty, a 19-year-old Howell resident, was stopped for a motor vehicle infraction in the area of Route 9. He was charged with Careless Driving and Traffic on Marked Lanes and found to have a Bench Warrant out of Middlesex. He was processed and released pending a court order. Officer Jaikissoon was the arresting officer.

On February 7, 2024, Dominic A. Allen, a 22-year-old Millstone Township resident, was arrested for a warrant out of Old Bridge. The warrant stemmed from an incident which occurred on January 31, 2024, when Mr. Allen led Old Bridge Police Officers on a high-speed chase through our town after failing to stop for police following a motor vehicle infraction. As a result of continued violations observed during the pursuit, Mr. Allen was issued summonses for Eluding, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, Unsafe Operation of Vehicle, Improper Passing, Failure to Pull Over for an Emergency Vehicle, Improper Passing, Failure to signal before right turn, Failure to Signal Before Left Turn, and Disregarding a Stop Sign. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Bucci was the arresting officer.

On February 8, 2024, Melissa L. Mosinak, a 41-year-old Cliffwood resident was arrested for Defiant Trespass. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Nielsen was the arresting officer.

On February 8, 2025, Steven R. Costello, a 60-year-old Toms River resident, was stopped for a motor vehicle infraction in the area of Route 9. He was found to have warrants out of Lakewood and Lakehurst. He was processed and released pending a court order. Officer Dokouslis was the arresting officer.

On February 9, 2024, a 37-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Harassment. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer A. Weiss was the arresting officer.

On February 9, 2024, Prashantk S. Parikh, a 53-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to Submit to Breath Tests following a motor vehicle crash in the area of Cottonwood Lane. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officers Shannon and Keller were the arresting officers.

On February 10, 2025, Angel A. Poma Guaman, a 27-year-old Newark resident, was stopped for a motor vehicle infraction in the area of Route 9. He was found to have a warrant out of Newark. He was processed and released pending a court order. Officer Shannon was the arresting officer.

On February 10, 2024, a 41-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Contempt of a Court Order. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer A. Weiss was the arresting officer.

On February 10, 2024, a 19-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Strangulation, Criminal Mischief with Damage, and Harassment. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer A. Weiss was the arresting officer.

On February 11, 2024, Jeffrey J. Vasfailo, a 35-year-old Keyport resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Traffic on Marked Lanes, and Reckless Driving, following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 34. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Serpico was the arresting officer.

On February 12, 2024, Anthony J. Morris, Jr., a 53-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to Breath Tests, and Reckless Driving following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 18. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Symanski was the arresting officer.

On February 12, 2024, Stefanie Modica, a 37-year-old Spotswood resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving. She was also found to have a warrant out of Spotswood. She was transferred to the custody of the Spotswood Police Department. Officer Walsh was the arresting officer.

On February 13, 2024, Matthew B. Korkowski, a 20-year-old Matawan resident, was processed for a warrant out of Plumsted. He was transferred to the custody of the Plumsted Police Department. Officer Walsh was the arresting officer.

On February 15, 2024, a 44-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Contempt of a Court Order and Harassment. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Fuentes was the arresting officer.

On February 16, 2024, Dylan A. Maimone, a 28-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Forgery by Altering, Bad Checks, Theft of Moveable Property, Possession of CDS (suspected cocaine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. The Narcotics Unit was responsible for the arrest.

On February 17, 2024, Makayla R. Pugh, an 18-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose and Simple Assault. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Dokouslis was the arresting officer.

On February 17, 2024, a 43-year-old homeless person was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Simple Assault. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Rhoades was the arresting officer.

On February 19, 2024, a 40-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Contempt of a Court Order. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Endaz was the arresting officer.

On February 20, 2024, Felicia S. Panchenko, a 27-year-old Woodbridge resident, was stopped for a motor vehicle offense and issued a summons for Driving an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She was also processed for a warrant out of Woodbridge. She was transferred to the custody of the Woodbridge Police Department. Officer Jaikissoon was the arresting officer.

On February 21, 2024, a 35-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Harassment. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Brady was the arresting officer.

On February 22, 2024, a 30-year-old Port Monmouth resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Contempt of a Court Order. He was also processed for a warrant out of the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office. He was processed and remanded to the Monmouth County Adult Correction Center. Officer Endaz was the arresting officer.

On February 22, 2024, Robert Silk, a 70-year-old Freehold resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving, following a motor vehicle crash in the area of Englishtown and Texas Road. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Brady was the arresting officer.

On February 22, 2024, a 46-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Simple Assault. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Dorsainvil was the arresting officer.

On February 23, 2024, Evan Pacheco, a 26-year-old Colts Neck resident, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting from the Rt. 18 Walmart. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Bolognese was the arresting officer.

On February 24, 2024, a 32-year-old Matawan resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Massa was the arresting officer.

On February 24, 2024, Junior Jean-Louis, a 43-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Weapon and Endangering the Welfare of Children. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Fuentes was the arresting officer.

On February 25, 2024, Juliana B. Rodre, a 34-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Obstruction of the Administration of the Law. She was also processed for a warrant out of Middletown. She was processed and transferred to the custody of the Middletown Police Department. Officer Dokouslis was the arresting officer.

On February 25, 2024, Dimitri F. Sousa, an 18-year-old Old Bridge resident, was stopped for a motor vehicle infraction and presented a false document to the officer. He was arrested for Exhibiting a False Document as Proof of Identification and also charged with Careless Driving. He was released pending a court date. Officer Spina was the arresting officer.

On February 26, 2024, Jonathan W. Townes, a 31-year-old Union resident, was arrested and charged with shoplifting from the Rt. 9 Walmart. He was also processed on warrants out of Rockaway, Clark, Cranford, and Union. He was remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Nielsen was the arresting officer.

On February 27, 2024, Reinaldo G. Rodriguez, Jr., a 20-year-old Port Monmouth resident was stopped for a traffic violation and processed for a warrant out of Woodbridge. He was transferred to the custody of the Woodbridge Police Department. Officer Walsh was the arresting officer.

On February 27, 2024, Robert H. Vaccaro, a 46-year-old Laurence Harbor resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (suspected Cocaine) and Endangering the Welfare of Children. He was processed and released pending a court date. The Narcotics Unit was responsible for the arrest.

On February 27, 2024, Christian J. Damore, a 22-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Report a Motor Vehicle Accident, Responsibility in Accidents, and Reckless Driving following two motor vehicle crashes, the first on Cindy Street and the second on Utica. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Desario was the arresting officer.

On February 28, 2024, a 21-year-old Jamesburg resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Simple Assault. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Walsh was the arresting officer.

It should be noted that all arrestees are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The names of defendants who are juveniles, involved in domestic violence incidents, or involved in ongoing investigations have been removed.

Old Bridge Police officers responded to or initiated 4,331 calls for service between February 1 and February 29, 2024, including 164 motor vehicle accidents, 168 alarms, 350 first aid calls, 7 fire calls, 88 suspicious person/vehicles, and 73 welfare checks.
