Werneke, Mondella, Ascoli Win 2025 Matawan-Aberdeen School Board Election: Unofficial Results

The Parents Who Lead slate of Sheetal Werneke and Michael Mondella was challenged by William Talty. All precincts are now in:

ABERDEEN, NJ — With all 13 precincts in Aberdeen reporting results, here are the tallies for school board.

Vote for two:

  • Sheetal Desai WERNEKE 3,723 votes (34.93%) (winner)
  • Michael MONDELLA 4,169 votes (39.11%) (winner)
  • William R. TALTY 2,625 votes (24.63%)

Total votes cast: 10,659

  • Annette Ascoli, Prioritizing our Students: 2,099 votes

From Aberdeen Township, the Parents Who Lead slate of Sheetal Werneke and Michael Mondella was challenged by William Talty, running under the Support Our Students slogan.
