Democrats Taraszkiewicz, DeZaio In Lead In Matawan Town Council Election 2025

MATAWAN, NJ — Polls are closed in New Jersey and the results are coming in.

Here are the unofficial vote results Tuesday night. All voting precincts are now in, but these are not official results certified by the county.

For Matawan town Council race, choose two:

• Republican Patricia ROINESTAD 1,777 votes (24.75%)
• Republican Raymond STUETZ 1,748 votes (24.34%)
• Democrat Megan L. TARASZKIEWICZ 1,851 votes (25.78%)
• Democrat Daniel R. DeZAIO 1,794 votes (24.98%)
