161 Bags Of Heroin Found In Mendham Twp Traffic Stop: PD
Later that night, police arrested another driver they say was high on meth.
MENDHAM, NJ — Mendham Township Police found 161 baggies of heroin during a traffic stop over the weekend, police said.
On Saturday night, police pulled over a 23-year-old driver for a traffic stop. During the stop, police found Suboxone, a medication used to treat narcotic addition, without the proper prescription.
During a wider search with the help of the Morris County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit, police say they found 161 bags of heroin and a hypodermic needle.

The driver was arrested and taken to the Morris County Correctional facility. Police did not release his name.
Later that night, police pulled over another car driven by a 45-year-old man they say was under the influence of methamphetamine. The man was arrested and charged with DWI and drug possession, and was released to a sober person.
