7 Nabbed For Car Burglary Spree In Mendham Twp., Borough: Cops
Several cars had belongings stolen in early June, police said.

Mendham, N.J. – Some crafty detective work led to seven arrests between Mendham Borough and Mendham Township after a rash of car burglaries.
A joint investigation by the Borough’s Det. Chris Irons and the Township’s Det. Jim Arnesen began after several unlocked parked cars in both towns were burglarized during overnight hours in early June, police said.

- Rasheed Whyte, 19, of Irvington
- Xavier Black, 19, of Hillsborough
- Davian Williams, 19, of Bound Brook
- Salaam Jackson, 19, of Bound Brook
- Erick Mitchell, 19, of Somerville
- Taylor Hudson, 19, of Bridgewater
- Unnamed 17-year-old juvenile
All were charged with a range of criminal offenses, including burglary, conspiracy, possession of stolen property, and theft. More than $800 in personal belongings was stolen from the cars, police said.
