8 Central, Mendham Faculty Members Announce Retirements
Assistant principal, coaches, guidance counselor among staffers leaving district in 2016.
MENDHAM, N.J. – In one swoop, the West Morris Regional Board of Education approved the retirements of eight district staff members Monday night.
As is procedure, the nine-member board must approve the retirement notice of any staff member leaving the district. Those approved this week include:
- William “Bill” Carpluk, Mendham High School Assistant Principal and Head Football Coach. Retirement date effective Aug. 31, 2016.
- Linda Esposito, Mendham High School Nurse. Retirement date effective June 30, 2016.
- John “Jay” Herrigel, III, West Morris Central Teacher of Physics and Girls Cross Country Head Coach. Retirement date effective June 30, 2016.
- Jane Larsen, West Morris Central Teacher of French. Retirement date effective June 30, 2016.
- Beverly Lynch, West Morris Central Teacher of Spanish. Retirement date effective June 30, 2016.
- Darlene Maurer, West Morris Central Teacher of Special Education. Retirement date effective June 30, 2016.
- Arline Pollison, West Morris Central and Mendham Teacher of Business Education. Retirement date effective June 30, 2016.
- Marlene Russell, West Morris Mendham Guidance Counselor. Retirement date effective June 30, 2016.
