Chester Burglary Suspect Identified: Prosecutor's Office

The suspect was arrested Saturday morning following several burglaries, police said.

CHESTER, NJ — The burglary suspect who was apprehended by police this weekend has been identified, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.

The suspect is James H. Clark, 54, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was apprehended by Chester Police early Saturday morning after burglaries were reported on Skinner Trail and Chestnut Drive in Chester, police said.

Clark was charged with residential burglary, theft by unlawful taking movable property attempted burglary of an occupied structure, criminal trespass, disorderly persons offense, possession of burglary tools, and disorderly persons offense refusing to be fingerprinted, authorities said.

He is currently being held in Morris County Correctional Facility awaiting court proceedings, according to prosecutors.
