COVID Testing Coming Up For Mendham Residents

MENDHAM, NJ — Mendham Borough residents can book an appointment for a no-cost COVID test on Saturday, Jan. 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Coming up at the Garabrant Center on 4 Wilson Street, residents 5-years-old and up can take a PCR test at the walk-up clinic through the Bernards Township Health Department, with WellCare Chronic Care Management.
Residents can book their appointments here: https://wellcaretccm.com/bernards-township-covid-19-testing-01-15-22/, with the 9 to 9:30 a.m. time slot reserved for the borough’s first responders.

To book an appointment:
- Residents need to reserve their time slot by choosing a time and then clicking “Book Me.”
- Next, they will need to fill out their patient registration form.
An assignment of benefits form and COVID specimen intake form, can also each be filled out in advance and are available on the registration page.

On the day of testing, residents will need a state-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license and medical insurance cards. Bernards Township Health Department says on its website, they are not able “to support self-pay registrations.”
People signed up for a COVID test appointment, need to be masked at the testing clinic.
