CHESTER, NJ — A section of North Road/County Road 513 is blocked in Chester due to a downed tree falling in the roadway, according to the Chester Police Department.

North Road/County Road 513 near Old Farmstead Road will remain closed as police attempt to remove the tree and power lines from the roadway.

Local traffic needing to access Warren Cutting and residences or roads north of that location can use the Randolph side of North Road. Local traffic heading north from town can make it to #295 on the odd side and #212 on the even side, police said.
